Greater Vancouver members are from Surrey
(32), Vancouver (25), Delta (10), Burnaby (9), North Vancouver (9),
Richmond (4), Mission (4), Coquitlam (2), New Westminster (2) and
one each from Abbotsford, Langley, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and
White Rock.
Out of town BC members are from Williams
Lake (3), Parksville (2), Victoria (2), and one each from Kamloops,
Nelson, Powell River, Prince George, South Hazelton and Sparwood.
Other Canadian members come from Alberta
(7), Ontario (7), Saskatchewan (2) and Prince Edward Island (1).
