| Each June, members of the Vancouver
Canucks Booster Club hold an Annual General Meeting to elect the people
that will run the club for the next year. The people elected are the president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary and at least one director.
There have been times when board
members change during the year. When a position is vacant (or someone
resigns), the rest of the board will appoint someone to fill that vacancy.
The person appointed would hold that position until the following elections.
President
The president oversees the operation of the
booster club and chairs club meetings. Only members who have served on
the board for the last 12 months may run for this position.
